Bluebird Corner and Steam Like a Queen are committed to the liberation of Black and Indigenous People of Color. Showing solidarity for our BIPOC sisters and brothers does not end with this statement. We believe that reparations are needed to heal the long-standing wounds of our country. To this end, we have created a program called “Reparations: Love In Action”

Our current “Reparations: Love in Action” effort focuses on access to steaming education for Black and Indigenous Women of Color. Steam Like A Queen donates to and promotes the Steamy Chick Institute Scholarship Fund, which offers steaming education at a discounted rate to Black and Indigenous Women of Color.
